At Safety Glasses USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your protective eyewear. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest order lookup tool to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, cases, and documentation are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix your shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
